1914 Star and original bar trio,named to:8590 PTE.G.MARTIN.1/NORF: R.(on star, Norf R on pair)Comes with silver discharge badge no: 92574An Old Contemptibles Association badge, and a 'Comrades Of The Great War' badge.The Medals about good very fine, mounted on pin for wearing,the badges fixed to a felt pad for display.George Martin,address given as 12,St.Lawrence Lane, Pottergate,NorwichHe attested with the Norfolk Regt on 19/0/1912,Embarked for France on 14/08/1914.He was wounded (gunshot wound left forearm) on 20/04/1915 and again on 15/07/1916 (gunshot wound thigh).He was discharged on 20/06/1916 (GSW)Discharge papers, etc available online in the 'burnt' series.A nice itenm for display
