A scarce original circa 1949 to 1954 period 'Professional Fire Brigade Association lapel badge'; small gilt brass ornate oval example depicting two embossed firemen shaking hands above a fire brigade helmet and crossed axes within blue and red title surround; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no emamel loss, gilt finish remains bright.Size approx 23 x 19mm.
