This was used in most bomber aircraft and was designed to reduce the electrical disturbance between the engines and radio.During World War II, high-current radio interference filters such as this were employed throughout German military vehicles and aircraft equipped with radio and electrical systems. These units were designed to suppress generator and electrical noise that could interfere with radio reception and onboard electronics. Bosch produced standardized suppression units that were installed across multiple platforms.This filter is of late-war production and is in SUPERB used condition. There is no corrosion or damage, and is 100% complete! It retains the data tag, clearly indicating the part number and manufacture. Some marks and wear due to the age, but nothing that detracts. A VERY NICE addition to any collection, display, or restoration project!
