A rare original First World War period 'Clapham Home Defence League badge'; gilt brass Crowned red, white and blue enamel Union Flag within title surround; 'Clapham Branch' to centre on seeded ground; the reverse impressed with early maker's details 'THOMAS FATTORINI BOLTON'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no enamel loss, minimal service wear. Height approx 30mm.
