WW2 German Luftwaffe – AIRCRAFT EXHAUST STUB – Me109 F-K – EASTERN FRONT RELIC

You are bidding on a NICE relic example of a 100% original WW2 German Luftwaffe DB605 Exhaust Stub, taken from a downed Me109 fighter aircraft! Recovered from the Eastern Front, however, I do not have any history on the loss.This exhaust stub was one of 12 (6 per side) located on the DB605 Engine.Made of steel, this item is in EXCELLENT relic condition.Though there is some obvious damage and corrosion from being in the ground, it is still VERY solid!Measuring approx. 8″ x 4″ in size, I have indicated it's location in the last photo. Would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
