Royal National Lifeboat Institution RNLI Chairman Badge

A scarce original pre 1953 period 'Royal National Lifeboat lapel badge'; chromium plated blue enamel title circlet surmounted by a King's crown bearing a red enamel CHAIRMAN scroll below, the centre depicting an embossed lifeboat. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fittings, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.Height approx 39mm.
