A scarce original 'Registered Mental Nurse Scotland silver and enamel pin badge', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1957, maker's details 'HAMILTON & INCHES E'BURGH' and inscribed 'O.H.NOBLE C29063'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, minor service wear.Height approx 25mm.
