Australia WW2 Pattern 1907 Bayonet - 1943

Very nice example of the Australian made Pattern1907 bayonet. Heavily blued blade in lovely clean condition. Maker marked OA for the orange annex of the Lithgow factory New South Wales. Issue dates 2/43 with original wooden grips, one of which is stamped ' Australia ' eludes to having had a stay in the United States at some point in the post war years. Has a working locking stud and comes with its Mangrovite 1942 dated scabbard also in very good condition and fits very well to the bayonet.
