M35 Waffen-SS ex-double decal steel helmet Q66

Original and hard to find Waffen-SS M35 helmet. This is a typical 'Russian mud/water ground dug' helmet that was extremely well preserved due to the type of ground it was in. Original SS rune decal still firmly present on the side, being a Quist-type matching with the manufacturer of this helmet. The swastika decal on the other side was removed per 1940 regulations, but still leaves a track. Liner still present but shrunken a little bit from the moist. Marked shell Q66 – 3446. Original chin strap still present! A beautiful display piece!
