German WWII Army (Heer) Buckle

German WWII Army (Heer) Buckle-This is an aluminum, pebbled buckle that is missing the majority of its finish on the obverse, though you can see some of the finish in the lowest portions of the pebbling details. It does retain more of its original finish on the reverse. There is an integral slotted catch. The roll bar and prongs are also made of aluminum. This buckle does have some wear to the eagle and wreath. The details on the eagle's chest has moderate wear, though the wing details are still nice. This is nicely marked under the catch with the logo for Kugel & Fink. This had a leather tab at one point in its life, you can see the remnants around the rollbar, but this tab has been cut or broken off. Overall good condition.
