Luftwaffe Belt Buckle on Leather Tab 'Aurich'

Luftwaffe EM/NCO's blue coloured steel belt-buckle that comes on its original natural coloured leather tab (Koppelschloß mit Lederwiderhalt). Originally the EM/NCO's buckles were produced with a silver finish until a blue/grey version was introduced around mid-1940, and a tropical olive drab version was introduced in late 1940. Nice blue-grey painted steel example, both the buckle and the leather tab are nicely maker marked by the company of 'H. Aurich', based in Dresden and dated 1942. The buckle is showing minimal traces of usage. Nice original buckle in very good condition!
