Original Dutch military passport with discharge from service and accompanying 'Certificate of Good Conduct,' issued by the Department of War of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.The document was issued on May 8, 1898 in 's-Gravenhage (The Hague) to Cornelis van Oosten, born December 7, 1862 in Maarssen (province of Utrecht), son of Cornelis van Oosten and Johanna van Heusden.
