Original period manufacture. Oilcloth pouch with a thin cotton shoulder strap, the interior has a small pocket for spare lenses, one lens remains. The reverse of the pouch displays the name of Lieut. Al. M. Langan, a doughboy who served with the AEF in France during WWI.
