WW1 Kent Voluntary Aid Detachment VAD T.F Cap Badge

A scarce original First World War period Kent Voluntary Aid Detachment Territorial Force hat badge'; gilt metal circlet with embossed 'V.A.D.' 'T.F' the centre bearing Red Cross on white enamel ground surmounted by an enamel 'White Horse of Kent' on 'Invicta' scroll. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin, no defect to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright, an excellent example.Height approx 46mm.
