A good original Second World War period 'ARP Chesterfield air raid precautions home front badge'; small silver plated disc inlaid with rich blue enamel and bearing red enamel local area title scroll 'CHESTERFIELD' below; the reverse impressed with maker's details Fattorini & Sons Ltd, Bradford Works Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minimal wear to silver plating.Height approx 24mm.
