You are bidding on an ORIGINAL WW2 German Wehrmacht signed photograph of Oberleutnant Georg Bleher!Oberleutnant der Reserve Georg Bleher (born 4 February 1919, died 25 February 2013) was a German Heer officer and later Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross recipient, awarded on 6 May 1945 while serving as battalion adjutant in the Stab I./Grenadier-Regiment 358 of the 205. Infanterie-Division. Accounts of his late-war service place him in the Courland Pocket fighting, where he is described as taking over leadership of a Kampfgruppe after his commander fell and continuing the action despite being wounded, having already received the Wound Badge in Gold earlier. Bleher's wartime experience was later recorded in published recollections and reference works on decorations and Knight's Cross holders.Made of photo paper this autographed postcard is VERY NICE condition! Some marks and wear, but nothing that detracts. 100% original, it wouldlook EXCELLENT framed! Probably signed in the 1980s. A PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
