Here on offer is a fine antique French letter opener with an ornate silver bolster and ebony handle by E. Page & Co. of Lyon, France circa 1900.This is actually a well-made and useful letter opener with a undamaged double edged blade.The antique steel blade now shows signs of age darkening to the finish and is engraved on one side with:E. Page et Cie LyonThis translates to E. Page & Co. of Lyon, where E.
