U.S. Navy Admiral's Fore and Aft Hat

The fore and aft hat is in the 'Chapeau de Bras' style with a fur felt body bearing toned gold bullion trim. The interior of the hat is lined with red silk and it bears the embossed name of the London uniform clothier 'Joseph Starkey' in the crown. The hat exhibits some spots of wear to the black fur covering, particularly on the bottom edges. Overall very good condition.
