Italian WWII Child's Cavalry Sword, M1871/1909

Original period manufacture. Complete example with an aluminum blade which is marked MADE IN ITALY. Patterned after the 1871/09 troopers sword in pretty good detail. Overall length is just over 26 inches with a black painted wooden grip and steel basket guard. Light surface corrosion on the guard and scabbard but it pretty sound condition for being a toy.
