Royal British Nurses Association named badge

A good original early part of the 20th century 'Royal British Nurses Association pin badge'; bronzed cross bearing Thistle, Rose, Leek and Shamrocks between each arm, the central title circlet bearing Crown, suspended from a pin bar inscribed 'STEDFAST & TRUE'; the reverse engraved with the recipients script naming 'A.L.TEWKES 5801'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings.Height approx 48mm.
