German WWII SA Wehrmannschaft Side Cap-This example is produced in brownish green wool that is very clean. The cap has side flaps that terminate at the front, no button is present and it never had one. There are no 'straps' under the flaps either, indicating to us that this is a late war production cap. The front side of the cap has a handsome triangular shaped insignia that is machine applied. It features an eagle in silver with a backing of brown cloth. The very front of the cap has a handsome SA Cockade with a red felt that is nicely toned. The interior is fully lined in olive green cloth that remains very clean. The cap is ink stamped with the size of 59. Excellent condition overall!
