Luftschutz EM M43 cap, Luftwaffe production cap with hand applied woven Luftschutz badge, stitching traces of the former Luftwaffe eagle are visible upon close inspection, the Luftschutz insigne is hand sewn using black cotton thread, the cap itself is made of issue quality blue grey wool and is lined in blue grey colored rayon, the top lining panel is stamped 1944 over RBNr and size 57, ear muff and bias materials are of the same rayon and the pair of blue painted pebbled buttons are originally sewn, cap shows service use and soiling and the lining a good bit of staining, there is no insect or other damage to the cap body, USD $900
