German Army EM/NCO Buckle on 1941 Dated Leather Tab

The buckle shows age, but the field gray painted finish is largely intact, and the buckle shows few signs of actual use. The buckle remains affixed to a brown leather tab which is manufacturer marked and dated 1941. Overall very good condition.
