Woodrow Wilson WWI Medal Fob Dropsy

Original WWI medal / fob. President Woodrow Wilson on one side and the Statue of Liberty with a ship sinking in the background (the Lusitania perhaps?) and 1914-1918 written. This pendant was designed by the French medalist E Dropsy. Overall fairly good condition with some light wear.
