A very scarce original circa 1953-1956 vintage period 'Wembley Speedway Rider Brian Crutcher pin badge'; celluloid example bearing black and white photographic image of the international speedway rider 'Brian Thomas Crutcher' within red and white surround inscribed 'WEMBLEY SPEEDWAY' and feathered 'V's For Victory'. Good condition, complete with original pin fitting, image clear, minor age wear.Diameter approx 28mm.Brian Crutcher continued to impress at Wembley until 1956 when Wembley closed down, he then moved to the Southampton Saints until he retired from the sport in 1960.
