Original WWII Dutch NSB photo grouping Heerlen 1944

This remarkable and historically interesting set consists of 34 original Dutch NSB Photographic Service photographsfrom a 'kringledenappel' (regional members' rally) in Heerlen, dated 14-5-1944. The photos come from an original photo service envelope on which the event is handwritten: 'Kringleedenappel te Heerlen – De Leider sprak.' ('Regional members' rally in Heerlen – The Leader spoke.')The series provides an extensive and detailed visual report of the gathering, with images taken both indoors and outdoors. NSB leader Anton Mussert is clearly visible in multiple photographs during inspections of formations, speeches, and meetings with officials and members. Dutch Waffen-SS volunteers can also be seen among the audience.
