Original WWII U.S. Army Class A Service Dress jacket of the famous 7th U.S. Army, dated July 10, 1942.Both sleeves display the rank insignia of a Technician Third Grade (T/3), recognizable by the three chevrons with the distinctive 'T'. This rank was equivalent to Staff Sergeant and indicated a specialist technical role within the Army.The colorful and highly recognizable 7th U.S. Army shoulder patch is present on the right sleeve. Above the breast pocket is the 'Ruptured Duck' (Honorable Service Lapel Insignia), showing the soldier was honorably discharged after the war.
