British Army Bandsman Lyre Wreath Crown proficiency trade sleeve badge

A good original pre-1953 proficiency badge representing the bandman's trade, in the form of a blackened brass crowned music lyre resting in oak leaf sprays, this example with voided strings to the centre. Very good condition, complete with backing plate, original two loop fittings and split pin.Height approx 52mm.
