U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Senior Officer's Visor Cap

The khaki body f the visor cap shows subtle spots and signs of age, but it is without holes, damage or repairs. The front of the cap displays the gold bullion insignia of the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey. The surface of the visor bears the toned gold bullion oak leaves of a senior officer. The full celluloid sweat shield remains in the interior, maker marked by Art Caps. The leather sweat band is intact, and the cap is tagged as a size 7-1/8. Overall the cap is in very good to excellent condition.
