Kriegsmarine blue/gold 'BeVo' cap eagle 'Cut-Off'

Standard M38 pattern flat woven BeVo-Weave (From the BeVo-Wuppertal cloth factory) cap eagle. Navy blue example, issued in 1938. To be worn on a Kriegsmarine overseas cap. Great piece, removed from an overseas cap with a piece of blue cloth still attached, being a so called souvenir 'cut-off' – a typical American GI bring back piece.
