British (Airborne) 17 Pounder Shell 1943 - Battle of Arnhem Relic

An attractive British 17 Pounder Shell. Clearly marked 17 pounded and dated 1943 on the bottom of the shell. The shell has still clear traces of the firing grime, adding to the patina of this shell. The shell was found in a private household early february 2026 in Oosterbeek.
