A scarce original vintage period 'Northampton General Hospital nurses pin badge', the reverse impressed with London silver hallmarks for 1971, maker's details 'J P' (John Pinches London) and inscribed 'J.HILL 1975'. Very good condition complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.Diameter approx 32mm
