Primers produced at Mukden Arsenal and inspected for naval service are less frequently encountered as loose components and represent an interesting cross-service ordnance item tying together Japanese Army production with Navy inspection and acceptance practices during the war.Made of a brass this Primer is in VERY NICE condition! The threads are intact and undamaged, and the base retains a visible arsenal markings and a date of 1944. Condition is EXCELLENT, showing honest wartime wear with minor scratches and handling marks consistent with age. No cracks, structural damage, or corrosion observed. A scarce and desirable original Japanese Navy component that would make a PERFECT item for any collection or display!
