Militärwissenschaftliche Mitteilungen was a publication of military studies from Austria which was taken over after the Anschluss and continued through to 1944. It is intended to share and study lessons of war as well as digging into any topics related to the military. For example, this issue has an article about artificial fibers in military clothing. The ads are also interesting as they feel more targeted towards people that might be seeking to procure items for the army rather than advertising to individuals. At least that's the vibe I get from it. Basically I feel like if you were to see an officer in a waiting room or on a train somewhere this is what you would see them reading. It is in fairly good condition. There is a little damage on the spine but its not in any danger of falling apart.
