German WWII New Year Card 1942, IR 449 Staff

Original period manufacture. Unit made card celebrating Neujahr 1942 Im Osten. Period inscription and cancellation on the reverse. Feldpost number 12138 was assigned to the regimental staff of IR 449, which formed part of the 137th Division During WWII. It fought in the drive on Moscow 1941-1942, disbanded in 1943.
