German WWII Heer Metal Cap Eagle

Original period manufacture. Aluminum cap eagle with two mounting prongs on the reverse. Interesting soldier modification, with two tiny holes drilled into the bottom edge of the wreath. Allowed the wearer to sew down the wreath to the body of the hat.
