This example has no maker mark, but is a superb example in every way. Crossguard, backstrap and pommel show no signs of misuse, the pommel having a correctly operating mortice button and a red felt slug in the rifle slot. Dressed, domed rivets attach the perfect chequered Bakelite grips. Plated, bright blade grades near mint having no edge damage and a super sharp tip. A black leather blade washer still protects the finish on this blade. Black scabbard has no loss of finish at all and grades mint.Highly collectible example of an uncommon bayonet type.
