Description
Beautiful and worn one-looker M35 Luftwaffe helmet that started as a double decal helmet. Was overpainted in tan color and had green stripes added with spray paint. A bit like a FJR6 pattern. The Luftwaffe decal is still ghosting under the paint, the tricolor shield was probably removed prior to adding the camouflage due to the 1940 regulations. The helmet is complete with its early aluminum liner, dated 1938. The draw string and marked marked chin strap are both present. Shell marked Q64, lot number 458. A beautiful been there camouflage helmet, with the perfect X-factor.
