WW1 British Red Cross & Order of St John Middlesex Hat Badge

A very scarce original First World War period 'BRCS & Order of St John silver plated enamel badge', worn by a member of the Middlesex area joint war organisation during the war. Very good condition, complete two loop fitting and split pin, no damage to the enamel.Diameter approx 27mm.
