1942 Dated German Army Pioneer EM/NCO Overseas Cap

The field gray wool cap exhibits surface soiling, spots, and a barely visible hole on the left side flap, but overall the cap is in very good field used condition. The interior lining is intact, with some perspiration stains as well as a manufacturer stamp and the date of 1942. The cap also bears a size stamp of 56. The front of the cap displays a machine woven army eagle and a machine woven national colors cockade, with the black waffenfarbe soutache to reflect service in a pioneer unit. Overall the cap is in very good field used condition.
