A scarce original circa 1949 period 'King Edward VII Hospital Windsor pin badge'; brass Crowned Maltese Cross, the centre bearing a green and red enamelled shield displaying the Coat of Arms of Windsor; the reverse impressed with recipient name 'PAMELA JOYCE FREEMAN 1949'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss,Height approx 40mm.
