Late War WH (Heer) Combat Rucksack

Late War Wehrmacht (Heer) Combat Rucksack (Rucksack). During the war the early M34 and M39 Affe backpacks were found to be too expensive and time consuming to produce which resulted in the production of a wide variety of less expensive canvas construction combat rucksacks and backpacks. This is a late-war rucksack, executed in rough tan coloured canvas material, the same material as used for MP44 pouches showing the typical red line. The rucksack has a rounded fold over top flap. Recycled materials have been used for the construction of this rucksack. The rucksack is not visible marked but most likely dates from 1945. The rucksack is complete with leather and canvas carrying straps. The rucksack is in used conditition showing clear traces of usage and some small damage, see photos.
