A scarce original fine quality 'Aberdare Valley Enrolled Nurse Training School silver pin badge; ornate floral red enamel title surround, Prince of Wales plumes to centre on translucent green enamel ground with 'GWASANAETHAF' welsh motto (services) below; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1970 and maker's details 'F & S' (Fattorini & Sons). Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order, enamel perfect.Diameter approx 29mm.
