BIF Bombardiers' Information File-The US Airforce complete information guide for assisting bombardiers. This is a US Restricted book, dated March through May 1945. It features detailed, illustrated instructions on bombsights, navigation, bombing techniques,, and safety procedures. This informative book was designed to keep bombardiers up-to-date with their duties, responsibilities, and technical knowledge, serving as a condensed, portable source of information. It contains information on bombs (of course), bombing heights, photography from the air, PT and first aid. It contains just about everything you could need as a bomber during WW2. The BIF was a dynamic document, it was upgraded and updated quite often, so many of them would be bound in a three ring binder style so the information could be updated in your book. This book contains 9 sections. It does show some age toning but is in very good condition, and is quite clean inside. A rare find for certain
