Rare 1943 English Mein Kampf translated by Ralph Manheim-This is a red linen hardcover that is the first English translation of Mein Kampf, it is nicely dated 1943. This was published by Houghton Mifflin in Boston. This contains 692 pages and includes an index which is unusual. There is also a preface, table of contents, and a translators message, which is not usually included in the German version. Missing is the page with Hitler's portrait. This book shows some age spotting but is in overall very good condition. A rare book to encounter, we see many later English language copies, but not these original 1943 versions very often.
