Deutsche Gedenkhalle, Das neue Deutschland-Are you up for a little light reading.. well this is not the book for you then! This tome was published by the Deutscher National-Verlag Berlin München, in 1936. It speaks about the early socialist movement on through the Third Reich as a 'New Germany' was built. It is written in German, in a red gothic font that is reminiscent of the early medieval documents you see in the Abbeys of England. There are black and white photographs throughout the text. This has 378 pages, and contains 40 black and white photos, including a map. Take a look at how well this book is printed, and embellished. This book weighs 8 lbs (3.6kg). It is large format, it measures 14 inches (35.56cm) long by 10 inches (25.4cm) wide, and 2 inches (5.08cm) tall. This is a large heavy book. It is covered in a blue faux leather, with a large gold eagle on the front cover, bordered in gold gilt. The book itself is in excellent condition. We could not find another one of these on the internet, so I would classify this as a scarce collectible.
