Japanese WWII Naval Officer Hat Insignia

Original period manufacture. Very nice quality gold bullion wire embroidery wreath and anchor with a silvered alloy cherry blossom at its top. Sewn to a blue wool base with a black paper covered reverse. Storage wear only.
