Veteran Bring Back German WWII Infantry Assault Badge in Silver-This is a slightly vaulted example made of zinc. This badge has lost the majority of its silver finish, except for what remains in the lowest details of the wreath and eagle. This badge has very good details. The zinc has toned to a nice light gray color. There is a little bit more of the silver finish remaining on the reverse, near the hinge and catch. The pin setup functions as it should. Overall, this is a very good example. We were able to purchase this medal directly from the family of the US Veteran. We will supply the name and any other information we have to the buyer. This is a good example overall.
