Complete in teh original case, this was used in almost every German aircraft throughout the war such as the Me109, Fw190, Me262, He111, Ju88, Ju87, Do217, and others.This is the RARE 3rd model type of the navigation computer, produced in 1944.It allowed the pilot or navigator to correctly calculate the aircraft's flight path using outside air temperature, path, speed, and current climb/descent.Similar to the yellow oil cloth maps that are printed in a YELLOW tint for night flying and low light visibility, this flight computer was also produced for this specific reason.Made of plastic and metal, this Dreieckrechner Flight Calculator is in EXCELLENT condition for its age.It is 100% complete, and clearly indicates Fl. 23825 and manufacture date of January 1944.Comes complete with the original Faux Leather Case, that you RARELY see (usually these are missing).
