Japanese WWII Order of the Rising Sun 7th Class, Cased

Original era manufacture. Silver medal of the pre 1940 variety with enameling on both sides of the planchet. Nice lacquered wood issue case, ribbon very lightly soiled from handling. The small metal locking clasp is intact.
